🎟️ Ticket Terms & Conditions – Eastern City: Club in the Clouds with Mixmag

Early Access & Discounts

• Levy paying businesses are eligible for are entitled to a discount on ticket prices.
• Two tickets may be purchased per person and your guest does not need to be a levy-payer to attend.
• Please email using your work email address events@easterncity.co.uk to receive your unique discount code.
• This discount is always available whilst stock last, but early access purchase is encouraged to ensure availability.

General Release

• Tickets are priced at £25 per person.
• Open to City of London workers and their guests.
• There is no limit per organisation, but tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Age Restriction

• This is a strictly 18+ event.
• All attendees must bring one form of valid photo identification to gain access.
• Entry will be denied without appropriate ID.

Ticket Limits & Registration

• A maximum of 2 tickets per person may be booked (unless otherwise stated under specific access tiers).
• The full names of all attendees (including guests) must be submitted in advance.
• Entry will not be permitted without prior registration.
• Ticket eligibility (e.g., levy-payer or Board access) may be verified before or at entry.
• Tickets can not be resold or transferred – if you are no longer able to attend please email events@easterncity.co.uk

Entry & Security

• All guests will be subject to bag and security checks on arrival.
• Entry remains at the discretion of venue staff and organizers.

Food & Drink

• Complimentary food and drinks are included but are subject to availability.
• Arrive early to make the most of the full hospitality offering.

Media Consent

• The event will be photographed, filmed, and live-streamed.
• Content may be published across Mixmag, Eastern City, and
  Horizon 22 Events social platforms.
• By attending, you consent to being recorded and included in this content.

Right to Refuse or Withdraw Tickets

• Eastern City reserves the right to:
• Refuse or withdraw tickets
• Deny entry for non-compliance with the above terms
• Enforce ID, name match, and discount eligibility checks
• No refunds will be issued for failure to comply with these conditions.
• Make changes to the event details or ticket policies at any time without prior notice. We will endeavour to contact those who have booked about any changes prior to the event.

Refund policy

• Refunds can be requested up to 7 days before the event via Eventbrite
